Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout. Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days once shipped.

Tracking Information
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available at our Rocky River clinic. You will receive a text message notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Delays
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, weather, or high-volume times.

Lost or Stolen Packages
The Cleveland Acne Expert is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen. Please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
